Book Information
Lizzie Martin has chosen pottery to be her new career…

My Review
4☆ An Enchanting modern witch story
The Flowerpot Witch is the third book in the series. Although it could be read as a standalone, I feel that reading the books in order is strongly recommended.
I felt a lil confused as I didn't feel i knew the characters and missed out on introductions and character development so it took me a while to get a rapour with them. I wish I had of read the previous books as this book has loads of potential.
Having said that I did enjoy reading The Flowerpot Witch, it's not at all what I was expecting. Judging by the cover I was expecting a fun, light hearted, magical witch story. But what I found was a modern day witch story with real depth.
I do wonder if the cover is a very clever ruse.
The Flowerpot Witch is an engaging, insightful read into the modern day witch practices which I found fascinating. Wendy has put alot of time and research into getting all the little details just right, which I really appreciated. It made the story all the more relatable and believable The Characters are quirky and likeable.
I just wish I had read the other books and this would of been a 5☆ review.
I do recommend this charming book, providing you read the previous books. Enjoy being enchanted!
