Celia Moore (1967-now) grew up on a small farm near Exeter. She had a successful career as a Chartered Surveyor working in the City of London before working her way back to Devon.
In 2000, she left the office to start a new adventure as an outdoor instructor, teaching rock climbing and mountaineering. Today she gardens for a few lovely customers, runs and writes (accompanied at all times by a border terrier x jack russell called Tizzy).
She is running the London Marathon in April 2019 for three cancer charities.

My Review
4☆ A Captivating Romance, with plenty of Mystery and Intrigue to spice it up.
Culmfield Cuckoo is the second book in the series. Although it is said to be a standalone, I have to disagree.
I have read the first book, however if I had suddenly picked up Culmfield Cuckoo I would have been quiet confused.
There was not enough previous background and it does have relevance to the previous book.
So I suggest reading Fox Halt Farm first to really appreciate the characters journey.
Culmfield Cuckoo is full of intrigue, secrets, betrayal, lies, drama and mystery.
This time round Billy is now in her 40s and living with long term boyfriend Richard on Fox Hall Farm, (which I have grown to love)
But things never run smoothly for Billy, and this book is bringing a whole new set of troubles, secrets and twists.
I'm not going to say anymore incase you haven't yet read the previous book and I don't want to give anything away from either book!
What I enjoyed most was the continuation of Billy and Richards relationship. It's obvious to see they belong together. If only they can get through this books hurdles!
Everyone has grown up, they say time is a healer but for Billy and best friend Jessica the pain of betrayal runs deep, I was willing then to come together for the sake of Mary (Jessica's daughter) and for themselves as revelations and secrets are revealed they are going to need each other more than ever as danger is never far away!
Culmfield Cuckoo is a captivating Romance with plenty of Mystery and Intrigue to spice it up. There are plenty of juicy twists and turns to keep the reader turning the pages.
Once again the plot is gritty, enthralling, and got my hooked.
The Characters are cleverly developed, they are a complex bunch with plenty of secrets and drama.
Once again Celia has sprinkled some magic on Fox Hall Farm and created some enthralling storylines and wonderful Characters.
Culmfield Cuckoo is a compelling read that I would definitely recommend reading!
