4☆ A Delicious Magical Romance that has a juicy Revenge plot!
The first thing that stood out to me was the cover for this book, it's really good and definitely sets the tone for the book perfectly!
Alice and her husband Robert had been married just over 25 years!
Well that was until he decided he no longer wanted her and decided to trade her in for a younger model.
Sleaze ball!
Alice decided that in order to help her get over her Ex husband Robert she decides a holiday is just what she needs.
So she sets of to a island called Nanm Paradi, which has a very mystical and magical feel to it.
But what Alice's discovers on Nanm Paradi is that not only is her every needs met, she is also able to seek revenge on her very deserving hubby.
This comes in the form of a Voodoo doll, in which she finds in a Unique shop.
But does the Voodoo doll really hold the powers of revenge?
After all a women scorned is one very dangerous women! Or is it all a coincidence?
What Goes Around is a wonderfully compelling and intriguing Novella, that I wish had of been a bit longer.
I thoroughly enjoyed the mystical aspect of this story and how it weaved together seamlessly with the delicious revenge tactics! After all who doesn't like seeing a scum bag get their comeuppance!!
What Goes Around is a short, romance that certainly kept me hooked!
So if you are looking for a juicy read, that delves into revenge magic, Witt, a beautifully tranquil mystical setting then you will adore What Goes Around!
