My Review

4☆ Gritty, Full of Intrigue, Crime Fiction, Must Read!

Silent Money is a gritty story about how far someone is willing to go to have it all.

Michael works in a bank. He's fed up with never becoming top even though he puts all the work in.

Then he comes across a dodgy account for a taxi firm that clearly is a criminal enterprise. After meeting Ex con McGowan he advises him that he should meet with Ron the owner of The Taxi firm and see if they can help each other out. Make his taxi firm seem legit whilst making serious money.

But it's his career or on the line, but how far is he willing to go to make his fortune? Will he get caught?

Silent Money is a pacy read full of secrets, dodgy dealings, a few well placed twists, it flows along perfectly and the further I got into the plot the more I become entangled into the lies and criminal banking system.
I was thoroughly Intrigued by this story, it was so cleverly plotted and the thought behind the schemes was cleverly executed and researched.

I am looking forward to reading more from Harper. I love my crime fiction books and this was definitely right up my street, gritty and devious.
